To request an award ticket, redeem online or call reservations; call 888/327-5878 for partner airline flight.

Awards will be processed within 2-4 weeks from the date received.

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.

After a ticket has been issued, members be responsible for any fees plus any applicable increase in airfare, according to the itinerary and fare class as defined in the tariff of the carrier on which the free transportation is arranged by AirTran.

[edit] PURCHASED UPGRADES

Elite-level members and customers redeeming for coach travel may purchase an upgrade with a credit card anytime beginning the day prior to departure, or at check-in if space is available, at a cost of US$35 for each nonstop fight (US$70 for roundtrip) or US$70 for connecting flights (US$140 for roundtrips).
