[edit] How to redeem

To request an award ticket or award certificate, present redemption request from the back of award statement, plus photo I.D. in person at issuing department or complete forms available at ticket counter.

Tickets will be issued on same day you present redemption request. Awards other than inter-island tickets require two weeks for processing and delivery.

[edit] Where tickets are issued

Aloha ticket locations or mailed to member's address on file.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

Within two weeks of travel: US$50 fee.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate. The member must present the certificate to any Aloha ticketing location and complete the information required on the certificate in the issuing agent's presence.

[edit] Changing an Award

Changing destination: US$100 fee; Aloha Airlines or Island Air and partner flights that originate or terminate outside Hawaii. Changes to travel dates or times: No fee. Reissuance: US$100 (outside Hawaii); US$25 (within Hawaii). Award extension: US$100 (outside Hawaii); US$24.50 (within Hawaii).
