To request an award ticket, call the service center; must quote PIN.

Awards will be processed within two weeks from the date received.

[edit] Where tickets are issued

BWIA ticket locations or mailed to member's address on file (U.S. residents only).

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

Within 14 days: US$25 fee. Within seven days: US$35 fee. Within three days: US$50 fee.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.

[edit] Changing an Award

Change of origin, destination, stopovers or travel date: US$50 fee for international travel and US$30 fee for intra-Caribbean travel. Redepositing miles: US$50 fee for international award and US$30 for intra-Caribbean award. No fees charged for Platinum and Platinum Preferred elite-level members.
