Why is there separate category for LH Miles and More and LH Miles and More Germany? Apart from different status qualification levels the program is the same. Surely it makes more sense for content to be in one place?

I fully agree. Additionally it's not correct to name it LH M&M. It should be rather named Miles and More only.
