To request an award certificate, call the service center.

Awards will be processed within two weeks from the date received. Immediate reservations for hotel stays.

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.
[edit] Changing an Award
Redepositing points: If you do not claim room by the specified time or fail to cancel your reservation, your points cannot be redeposited. Cancellation: It is possible to cancel your award reservation by the date and time noted by the reservationist at the time of original booking.
