To request an award ticket, call the service center or visit AeroMexico ticket location. Requests made via fax and mail must include signature, account number and PIN.

Awards will be processed immediately with AeroMexico. Allow five business days from the date received for partners.

AeroMexico ticket locations or mailed to member's address on file.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

48 hours express mail delivery in the U.S.: US$25 fee.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.

[edit] Changing an Award

Once an award has been issued, a change of date may be requested at no charge. Changes in route, class or name: US$25 fee, plus tax.
