Download the application form from www.airtahitinui.com and send to the service center with payment. Specify which card you would prefer, Tahia (US$20; for individual members) or Fetii (US$40; for family members, husband, wife and children under 18). Or, you may apply at any Air Tahiti Nui ticket location.

One year retroactive credit is allowed.

Tahia (individual) members must be at least 12 years of age. Sibling members who belong to the Fetii (family) program can be between the ages of 2-18.
