Earn miles on published fares excluding free tickets or certain types of paid tickets, including but not limited to, unused tickets, travel industry discounts, charters and any other fares or tickets that may be specified at a later date without prior notice.

US Airways and most partner airlines: Earn 500 minimum miles. Qantas Airways: Earn actual miles.

US Airways, United Airlines and Lufthansa: first class and business class: 50% bonus. Qantas: first class: 50% bonus; business class: 25% bonus.
[edit] Car Rental Mileage Accrual
Earn 250 miles per qualifying rental with Dollar or Thrifty. Earn one mile per US$1 spent for each commercial contract or government rental with Hertz. All other qualifying rentals with Hertz earn two miles per US$1 spent. Earn one mile per US$1 spent for each corporate or government rental with Avis. All other qualifying rentals with Avis earn two miles per US$1 spent. A flight in conjunction is required with Hertz.

Earn 500 miles per qualifying stay at most partner hotel locations. Earn 2.5 miles per US$1 spent at Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Staybridge Suites and Crowne Plaza hotel locations (must be a Priority Club member to earn miles). Earn three miles per US$1 spent at Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites; JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Vacation Club International or Renaissance Hotels (must be a Marriott Rewards member to earn miles). Earn one mile per US$1 spent on room rate only at Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites or TownePlace Suites all by Marriott (must be a Marriott Rewards member to earn miles). Earn 125 miles per night, up to 10 nights per stay, at Radisson locations as Gold Rewards member. Earn 750 miles per stay at The Luxury Collection or St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. Members with mileage balances near an award threshold are able to purchase miles to add to their remaining balance and redeem them for award travel. Purchase one mile for US$0.03; minimum purchase 2,000 miles and maximum 15,000 miles per year. US$25 processing fee also applies. Dividend Incentives Program: Businesses can order miles for US$.02 per mile, plus tax and processing fees.

Monthly electronic statements sent via email to subsribers, regardless of account activity. Paper statements sent quarterly with recent account activity.
[edit] Mileage Expiration
Mileage does not expire, provided there is activity in the account at least once every 18 months. Examples of activity include US Airways or partner mileage credit, or award redemption. The full details are available.
If you are worried about your miles and do not plan to fly US Airways, the easiest way to keep them from expiring is to credit a small partner transaction (e.g. a Hilton "double-dip" stay or a car rental) to your Dividend Miles account.

Request credit online or by calling the service center within 11 months of travel date. Car and hotel partners require car rental agreement or hotel bill and a copy of ticket and original boarding pass if a flight is required, mailed directly to partner. Provide copy of ticket and boarding pass for missing credit on partner airlines. Allow 60 days for processing.
