[edit] How to redeem
Frontier Airlines: Members must send in award reservations request via email to EarlyReturns@flyfrontier.com listing preferred dates and flights, as well as the names of those traveling and member's telephone number. A Frontier loyalty agent will call back requesting member's PIN in order to book reservations. Tickets for award travel on Frontier will be issued as E-tickets only. Once award reservations are confirmed and an electronic ticket issued, members must show government issued I.D. at the airport on the day of departure to obtain boarding pass. Partner airlines: Call the service center.

Immediate via email for Frontier awards. Award requests for travel on airline partners will be processed within 14 business days.
[edit] Where tickets are issued
Not applicable for Frontier ticket awards. Tickets for award travel on partner airlines will be mailed to the member's address on file.
[edit] Expedited Award Delivery
Express award tickets may be issued within three business days with a US$35 fee.
[edit] Transferability of Awards
Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance.
[edit] Changing an Award
Changes to date and time: No fee, subject to availability. Changes in destination, level or route: US$35 reissue fee per ticket each time the ticket is reissued. Redeposit of miles: US$35 fee.
