JetBlue does not offer an elite program. All of JetBlue's aircrafts are a single (coach) class. With that in mind, there are no upgrades available. Also, while being a low-cost carrier (LCC), they also do not offer any airport lounges. With both a B/F class as well as lounges being absent from the list of JetBlue's perks, there is no significant reason to offer a elite status.
