To request an award ticket or certificate, redeem online or call the service center at least seven days before departure for booking and ticketing or 10 days before departure if a U.S. resident.

Awards will be processed within three weeks from the date received.

Mailed to member's address on file.

Awards may be transferred to family members at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.
