Award certificates are issued automatically when the account balance reaches 7,000 miles. Reservations for award flights must be made through Croatia Airlines sales office, representative office or central reservations office and certificates must be turned in when picking up award ticket.

Award ticket reservations must be made no earlier than 21 day prior to the intended flight.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Award certificates can be transfered to anyone a member chooses, when that person is travelling with the member. Award tickets may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance.

[edit] Changing an Award

Change of date or flight number: US$30 for international flights and Kn 100+VAT for domestic flights is charged. Changing the award ticket reservation before it is issued is free of charge and should be made at least three days prior to intended flight.
