To request an award ticket or certificate, call, fax or email the service center.

Awards will be processed within 2-3 days from the date received.

Finnair ticket locations or mailed to member's address on file.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

Express delivery: US$15 fee. 14-day delivery: US$50 fee.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be tranferred to family members or persons who reside at the same address at time of award issuance.

[edit] Changing an Award

Cancellations or changes to a booking: US$50 fee. Redepositing points: No fee. Reservations cannot be altered once the trip has begun.
