Members must be at least two years old. Persons 2-15 years old may join Finnair Junior Plus; at 16 years of age, points earned transfer to Finnair Plus adult account.

[edit] Fare basis

Earn one point per kilometer flown on published fares excluding free, contract, award, barter or travel industry reduced-rate flights.

Domestic discount flights: 500 minimum points; Domestic normal priced tickets, or serial ticket flights: 1,000 minimum points; flights between Finland and Scandinavia: 1,500 minimum points; within Scandinavia: 1,000 minimum points; between Finland and Amsterdam or Germany: 2,000 minimum points; leisure flights from Finland: 2,000 minimum points.

Finnair and partners: First class: 300% bonus (200% bonus within the U.S.); business class: 200% bonus.

Earn 500 points per qualifying car rental with Avis, Europcar or Hertz. A flight in conjunction is required with Avis and Hertz.

Earn 500 points per night at participating partner hotels. Earn 1,000 points per stay at participating Maritim Hotels and Shangri-La Hotels. A flight in conjunction is not required.
