Redeem flight awards for America West online or call the service center. Award tickets for international flights or partners can be requested by mail by sending a completed Award Ticket Request Form to service center.

Immediate for online E-ticket awards. Other awards will be processed within 6-8 weeks from the date received.

America West ticket locations or mailed to member's address on file.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

For electronic awards requested within five to 48 hours of departure: US$50 fee. For paper tickets requested within four days of departure: US$50 fee.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the account.

[edit] Changing an Award

Changing destination: Origin, stopover or destination changes incur a US$75 fee. Changing award level: After ticket is issued, it is subject to a US$75 fee and any expedite charges incurred. Redepositing miles: After ticket is issued, redepositing miles is not allowed.
