Economy
United has two economy cabins. The first few rows are known as Economy Plus and have up to five inches of additional legroom. Seating in Economy Plus is reserved for passengers with United elite status. Economy Plus seating can also be secured through the "Economy Plus Access" program, which requires the payment of an annual fee. Additionally, inexpensive "buy-ups" are often offered at check in, and frequent operational upgrades to Economy Plus occur on heavily loaded flights.
Economy Plus seating is available on all United and TED aircraft. In addition, Economy Plus seating has been installed on the Embraer 170 and the CRJ-700, which are operated solely by United Express.
On the FlyerTalk Forums, Economy Plus and standard Economy seats are often referred to as E+ and E-, respectively.
Economy passengers can expect amenities not found on many other carriers. In-flight entertainment, complimentary pillows and blankets, and buy on board snacks/meals are all part of the United economy experience.
For more information on in-flight entertainment, please see In-flight Entertainment (UA). For more information on food and beverage service, plase see Food and Beverage (UA).
First (Domestic)

Basic 'prime' N.A. meal hours are:
