To request an award ticket or certificate, redeem online (residents of the U.K. or U.S. only), or call the service center.

Awards will be processed within three weeks from the date received.

[edit] Where tickets are issued

Mailed to member's address on file.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

7-20 days prior to travel: GB£25 or US$50 fee. No award requests within seven days of travel are allowed.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Award may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.

[edit] Changing an Award

Changes to date, route or class of service: GB£25 or US$50 fee. Redepositing miles: US$50 fee.
