Note: Each time members fly on Virgin Atlantic tier points are earned; the amount varies based on route and class of travel. Tier points are also earned with Singapore Airlines. Call the service center or see the membership guide for points earned per qualifying flight.

Silver: For members who accumulate 15 tier points during a 12-month period. Every 12 months thereafter members need to accumulate 10 points to retain silver status. Benefits include:

• Priority waitlisting.
• 20% discount on long-stay airport parking with Parking Express at London Heathrow/Gatwick.
• Membership in flying club Global Assistance: 24-hour emergency travel service.
• Low call rate telephone number for travel arrangements and redeeming miles.
• Upgrades to first class on London Heathrow and Gatwick Express trains.

Gold: For members who accumulate 40 tier points during a 12-month period. Every 12 months thereafter members need to accumulate 30 points to retain gold status. Benefits include the above listed, plus:

• 25% mileage bonus when flying Virgin Atlantic.
• Complimentary supplementary silver elite status for one person over 18 years of age who shares member's address.
• Member may enroll up to three of his/her children between the ages of 2 and 17 who live with member to earn miles that will go into member's account.
• Members who purchase a full-fare coach ticket are guaranteed a seat when booked at least three days prior to departure.
• Upper-class check-in regardless of travel class.
• Access to Virgin Atlantic lounges worldwide for member and one guest.
• Access to Virgin Atlantic's Revivals lounge when flying into London Heathrow on a VS prefixed ticket.
• Business class check-in and access to Premier lounges around world with Singapore Airlines.
• Access to London Heathrow British Midland business lounge at international gate 14 when traveling with British Midland.
