To request an award ticket or certificate, redeem online, call customer service or mail or fax your request to the service center.

Awards will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the date received. For U.S. savings bonds and airline awards, allow 6-8 weeks.

[edit] Where tickets are issued

Mailed to member's address on file.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

Overnight delivery (U.S.) or 2-3 day delivery (Canada): 400 points.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.
