Gold: For members who stay at participating Red Lion or WestCoast Hotels at least 12 times during a calendar year. Benefits include:

• 12 points for every eligible dollar charged to the room, when choosing points.
• Complimentary continental breakfast at most locations.
• Newspaper.
• Local phone calls.
• Incoming faxes.
• Second person in guest room stays at no charge.
• Check cashing authority up to US$200.
• Special GuestAwards reservation hotline.

Platinum: For members who stay at participating Red Lion or WestCoast Hotels at least 25 times during a calendar year. Benefits include the above listed, plus:

• 15 points for every eligible dollar charged to the room.
• Frequent flyer miles with each qualifying stay in addition to points.
• Room upgrades at check-in when available.
• Priority reservations.
• Late checkout.
