Redeem online, or when requesting a hotel award stay for a current or immediately forthcoming stay, contact the service center to request authorization. If the award request is for a future date, call reservations. No certificates are issued for Baymont or Woodfield Suites hotel award stays.

Immediate for hotel stays. Dining and shopping certificates take 2-3 weeks from time of redemption request.

Certificates are delivered to member's address on file.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Awards may be transfered to anyone at time of issuance unless otherwise indicated on certificate.

Hotel awards may be cancelled or modified free of charge by calling the service center.
