[edit] Hotel Stay Point Accrual

Note: Members may choose to earn Guest Ovation points or frequent flyer program miles with partner airlines. Members can change their earning preference at any time by visiting www.guestovations.com or by calling the service center. Changes will come into effect the proceeding month. Baymont Inns & Suites: Earn 10 points per US$1 spent at qualifying room rates. Points are earned only on room charges; points are not earned on taxes, phone and other hotel charges. Points are earned on room rates after all discounts are applied to the regular rates as posted in the Baymont Reservation System on the date of arrival. Points are not earned for any room rate discounted greater than 25% of regular rate on date of arrival (regular rate defined as prevailing rate in Baymont Reservation System on date of arrival). Rooms reserved and paid for via outside merchants (Priceline, Travelocity, etc.) do not qualify for points or miles. Members are also eligible to earn points for up to two rooms in addition to the member's personal guest room as long as all rooms are reserved and registered in the member's name, and provided the member arranges and pays for them on a consolidated bill, which should be requested at time of hotel check-in. Airline miles can be earned for one room only. Ohana Hotels: Earn 250 points per qualifying stay. Outrigger Hotels: Earn 500 points per qualifying stay.

[edit] Frequent Flyer Mileage Accrual

When choosing to earn miles, members must designate a participating airline frequent flyer program to which their miles will be credited. Partner airlines include: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Midwest Express Airlines and Northwest Airlines. Earn one mile for each US$1 spent on qualifying guest room charges. Once airline miles have been awarded to the designated airline, and posted to the member's frequent flyer account, they may not be changed to another participating airline program or converted to Guest Ovation points. No retroactive credit will be given for airline miles.

Call or write the service center with missing credit requests within one year of transation. Send a copy of the paid hotel receipt, along with membership number. Allow approximately four to six weeks for the appropriate points or miles to be credited to the account.
