Call service center or fill out Redemption Invoice Form online, print and mail to service center or deliver to local Gulf Air or Oman Air office. Flight and upgrade redemption units are issued automatically when the account balance reaches 3,000 miles (with quarterly statements).

Mailed to member's address on file.

Between 4-14 days prior to departure: US$20 fee or 3,000 miles.
