Membership is available to residents of North, Central and South America. Accounts with no activity for 36 consecutive months may be closed.

Earn 300 miles per qualifying rental with Dollar. Earn 50 miles per day on qualifying rentals with Hertz and 100 miles per day on qualifying rentals with Avis. Earn one mile per ¥100 spent with Japaren. A flight in conjunction is required with Hertz.

Statement sent bimonthly to members with activity along with an e-summary sent via email. Mileage balance can also be viewed online.

[edit] Mileage Expiration

Miles expire at the end of the second calendar year from date of accumulation. For example; mileage earned anytime within calendar year 2003 is valid until Dec. 31, 2005. If a member does not use their mileage to redeem an award within the validity period, the mileage will expire. If you have mileage expiring at the end of any year, you must submit an award request postmarked by Dec. 31 of that year to avoid expiration of mileage.

Send copy of ticket and original boarding pass or hotel bill with name, membership number, flight number/segments or hotel name and date to the service center within six months of transaction. Post-flight credit can be done over the telephone as well.

Award tickets are valid for one year from issue date. Hotels award certificates are valid only for the original check-in date. Package tour and gift award certificates are valid for six months from issue date.
