To request an award ticket or certificate, mail or fax Award Request Form to the service center.

Awards will be processed within 10 business days from the date received.

El Al Israel ticket locations.

[edit] Expedited Award Delivery

4-13 days prior to departure: US$50 fee.

[edit] Transferability of Awards

Award tickets may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance.

[edit] Changing an Award

Reissuance: US$35 fee. Changing names/redepositing points: Not allowed.
