To request an award ticket or certificate, call the service center.

Awards will be processed within one week from the date received.

Lufthansa ticket locations or mailed to member's address on file.

Expedited delivery: US$50 fee.

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate.
