Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance on the basis of a deed of gift.

Changing flight date/number: Changes allowed. Route may also be changed but only within the same zone. No fee. Name changes: Not allowed. Redepositing miles: 2,000 mile fee. Submit unused, unexpired award tickets to service center for adjustment.
