Gold Preferred: For members who stay 10 times or accumulate 25 nights during a calendar year. Benefits include:

  • Members earn three points per US$1 spent on eligible charges.
  • When converting Starpoints to miles, there is no minimum transfer.

  • Upgrade to a Preferred Room, subject to availability day of arrival.
  • 4 p.m. late checkout which is subject to availability at resorts.

Platinum Preferred: For members who stay 25 times or accumulate 50 nights during a calendar year. Benefits include the above listed, plus:

  • Upgrade to best available room, including select suites, subject to availability day of arrival.
  • Complimentary access to the hotel gym and Executive and Club Level floors at Westin and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts.
  • Welcome amenity (frequently 500 Starpoints or choice of gift item or food/bar credit).
  • Platinum concierge service.
