Awards can be redeemed by calling service center or by booking online.

To book online, choose "Book a Flight". From that page choose "Click here to book TrueBlue Award flights"

Award seats are capacity controlled.

Awards issued automatically once 100 points have been accumulated; members will be notified via email.

Awards must be ticketed within one year. Travel can be booked beyond the award's one year expiration date, however ticketing must occur within the one year timeframe.

Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance.
