Enroll online for instant membership number and PIN or call the service center. A permanent membership card will be sent after first accrual activity.

Members must be at least two years old.
Flight Mileage Accrual
Fare basis
Earn miles on all paid, scheduled flights. Miles may not be collected on charter, rented, free ticket flights or on ID, AD coded free and discounted tickets.
Minimum miles
Domestic flights earn 250 minimum miles in coach and 500 minimum miles in business class; international flights or airline partner flights earn 500 minimum miles in coach and 1,000 minimum miles in business class.
Class of service bonuses
International flights on Turkish Airlines and partner airlines: business class: 50% bonus.
Car Rental Mileage Accrual
Earn 500 miles per rental with partner car rental agencies at most rates. Earn 250 miles per car rental up to one day and 500 miles for more than one consecutive day at a qualifying rate with Business Car Rental. A flight in conjunction is not required.
Hotel Stay Mileage Accrual
Earn 500 miles per stay at participating partner hotels. A flight in conjunction is not required. Not all room rates earn miles.
Affinity Credit Card Mileage Accrual
For residents in Turkey, Shop&Miles credit card: Earn two miles for every TL 1,000,000 spent.

Mileage Tracking
Present membership number and exact name that appears on your miles&miles card at time of reservations and check-in for automatic tracking.
Mileage Statement
Sent to member's address every three months with activity. Statements may also be viewed at airport kiosks.
Mileage Expiration
Miles are valid until the end of the third full calendar year after they were credited. For example, miles collected on flights during 2004 will be available until December 31, 2007.
Missing Credit
Claim missing credit online or at an airport kiosk within one year of flight. To receive missing mileage credit for partner airlines fax a copy of your ticket receipt and boarding passes to 212 663 63 56 or 212 663 25 43.
