To request an award ticket, call reservations or book online.
[edit] How long it takes
Award will be automatically mailed out according to the following time limits (unless reservations are canceled first): reservations made thirty or more days in advance will be ticketed in 14 days, reservations made 14-29 days in advance will be ticketed in three days and reservations made 1-13 days in advance will be ticketed immediately.

Mailed to member's address on file.
[edit] Expedited Award Delivery
0-9 days prior to paper-ticket departure: US$50 fee per transaction. Paper tickets may be mailed, sent by express mail or picked up at an airport or city ticket office depending on number of days before departure. There is no charge for award tickets issued at least 10 days prior to travel (except where a paper ticket must be sent by express mail). Within 10 days of departure, member may be required to ticket in person with valid identification.
[edit] Transferability of Awards
Awards may be transferred to anyone at time of award issuance by the person whose name appears on the certificate. Awards will be mailed only to the member from whose account the mileage is redeemed.
[edit] Changing an Award
Changing date/time: US$50 fee. Once travel has begun, no changes are allowed and miles or tickets cannot be reissued or redeposited into member's account. Changing destination: Destination or origin can be changed only by returning ticket to service center, redepositing miles and requesting a new award. Redepositing miles: Miles may be redeposited only into the account from which they were taken for a US$50 fee. E-tickets may be redeposited via telephone. Redepositing paper tickets by mail requires 3-6 weeks after the ticket is received. Paper tickets: US$50 fee per paper ticket requested in E-ticket eligible market.
[edit] PURCHASED UPGRADES
E-Ticket customers who check-in at an E-Service Center or online can upgrade to first class for a fee based on the distance of the journey, from US$35 to US$100. A full-fare, or BizFlex E-Ticket, must be purchased to qualify for an upgrade.
